Sinead Mitchell is a fully qualified counsellor trained in Australia with 2 decades of experience.  She is a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and fully insured.

Sinead sits on the committee of the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has been part of organising and running two conferences in the past few years.

Whilst sitting on the Positive Birth Portsmouth committee, Sinead has helped organise and run a conference provided for both professionals and lay people in March 2018.

Sinead also runs training for peers in her specialism in the area of infertility, prenatal, birth and postnatal issues for women and their families.

Starting her career as a telephone and online counsellor at Kids Helpline in Australia, Sinead continues to assist young people in her practice today.
