Sinead Mitchell

Over the last two years, I have worked with Sinead to help me manage my depression. I was very nervous about starting counselling but Sinead put me at ease from the start. It has been a challenging process, but Sinead has empowered me to take control of my life and the relationships within that. My mental health has improved significantly as has my confidence and self-esteem. Counselling is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family

Its been a while since we have spoken, but I just wanted to give you an update following our sessions earlier this year. It is with great joy that we are 13 weeks pregnant and the scan today was all good! Thank you for your help in getting us into a better place where this could be possible.
